Well it’s exciting times at Baboo HQ, things are moving on a pace and what started as a chat on a sofa is starting to become a reality.
This weekend my business partner (my little sister) came to visit so that we could check out a baby show. We wandered in with not much forward planning, chatted to a few of the people on the stands and picked up a few contacts before making a quick exit and heading to the Hotel Du Vin for a business meeting.
On an outside table, flooded by early summer sunshine we ordered a cocktail, flipped open the laptop and worked through our list of jobs. Two hours and a few cocktails later we had completed our list and realised that we had: our logo designed, most of the products ordered, the boxes on their way and the website in development... in short, we had the makings of a sparkly new business!
