When will my box be posted?
Boxes are sent recorded delivery via Royal Mail within 2 days unless the tracked 24 option is requested.
What if I want to purchase a box as a gift?
Many people subscribe to the boxes as a gift for a partner, friend or loved one. Just tick the gift box at the checkout stage and you will be asked to fill in the name and address of the recipient as well as their due date. You can also leave a message which will be included in the box on a handwritten card.
Can I send the box directly to a friend?
Yes. At checkout just add the recipients name and address. If the address is your own but you have ticked the gift box, we will wrap the box in brown packing paper so the box is kept clean of postage stamps and you can give it to the recipient yourself.
What happens if my baby arrives early?
If your baby arrives more than one month early, let us know by emailing us at hello@thebaboobox.co.uk and we will deliver any outstanding boxes to you.
What happens if there is a problem in my pregnancy and I no longer want to receive my boxes?
We understand that these things can happen so please just email hello@thebaboobox.co.uk and we will of course cancel your subscription.
What if a product doesn't fit with my values?
If for personal reasons you would like us to switch any of the products, please pop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What if I don't like something I receive in my box?
All the boxes have been hand curated to help with each trimester of pregnancy and I am afraid that we are unable to exchange items. Rest assured that we have spent a lot of time researching products and chosen brands that have won mother and baby awards and support independent companies. We feel pretty confident that you will love all the products but welcome your feedback.
